We work on strength and flexibility in an accessible way, and we build cardio-vascular fitness too. The small-group environment provides the perfect level of coaching input, to help you grow, learn and develop your self-knowledge and your physical prowess.

Get your day off to a great start with a select few others, in this ladies-only exercise session. 45 minutes of full body strength and flexibility work, carefully curated to produce lean, stong, long muscles. And to get you ready for the day, no shower required afterwards.

Sessions are carefully structured across the week to promote strong, lean, flexible muscles (but without leaving you dishevelled for the afternoon!). Dare-we-say it, but these sessions are an ideal anchor or even stand-alone fitness routine.
Grab a nourishing lunch once you’ve finished to round off a lunchtime which is somehow indulgent, fun and healthy

It’s not at all just for olympians, though. This safe, quick workout methodology builds strength and endurance fast, needing just light weights but getting the results of lifting heavy.

We are one of the few places in the world with multiple ATG-certified professionals (John, physio, Sam, personal trainer).
This system builds strength and range of motion in every joint in your body. Our 1-to-1 sessions mean we can target specific goals you have, or tailor things for your optimal personalised prehab or rehab from injury.
