InTune Clinic Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. However, late cancellations can disrupt our schedule and impact other patients. To ensure fairness and respect for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation policy:
Cancellation Window:
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
This means notifying us by the close of business on the day before your appointment.
Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will incur a fee:
£70 for Physiotherapy or Osteopathy sessions.
£40 for Massage sessions.
Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies happen. In situations such as documented medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss.

InTune Clinic Late Payment Policy
InTune Clinic strives to provide efficient and accessible healthcare services. To ensure continued service and support, we kindly request timely payments for your treatments. This policy outlines our expectations and procedures for handling late payments:
Payment Due:
For individual treatments, payment is due in full on the day of your appointment.
For treatment courses, initial payment must be made before the first appointment with subsequent payments following the agreed-upon schedule.
Collection Agencies:
If full payment is not received within 30 days of the initial due date, the outstanding balance may be referred to a third-party collection agency. All associated collection fees will be your responsibility.
