About Us

Anyone who has trusted us with their treatment knows that we do things differently.

A person with light skin receiving a physiotherapy or massage treatment on their arm from a person with dark skin, focusing on joint or muscle therapy.

Have you ever been to Physiotherapy and found you saw the physio for just a few minutes? And they didn’t actually touch your body? And you were given nothing more than a sheet of exercises? We have been osteos & physios long enough to hear those complaints repeated.

Our focus is hands-on treatment, cutting edge rehab and a commitment from our clients (you!) to doing their prescribed mindful movement routine. With these ingredients, the right mindset and a dash of fairy dust, together we can overcome your injury and/or dysfunction.
